  • Echinacea daily—every two weeks
  • Chamomile tea every night prior to bedtime
  • Herbal supplements

4. Is the Problem on the Inside? Most people associate allergies with outside triggers, such as pollen and mold, as we discussed above. However, most allergy sufferers are surprised to find out that it’s something inside the home that is triggering their allergies.

For example, your home may have pillows, bedding, upholstered furniture, carpeting and window drapes that attract the allergens. In addition, if your home has damp spaces, it is a landmine for allergens. It is best to keep these areas clean at all times.
